Carriage House

The Carriage House is a 600 sq ft studio apartment.  The entire unit was renovated in the summer of 2014, including new appliances, cabinets, and flooring, as well as air conditioning.  
 
The unit sleeps up to four and features these amenities:
 

  • Queen bed

  • Queen sleeper sofa

  • Dresser and closet

  • Bath with shower

  • Full kitchen with side-by-side fridge, range/oven, microwave, dishwasher, flatware, tableware, cookware, utensils

  • Dining area seats four around island

  • 55" flat screen TV with cable

  • Washer/Dryer

 
 

Please note, the above rates include the cleaning fee, but do not include a 12% Gulf County bed tax (added via PayPal). There is a $100/each pet fee should renters choose to bring furry friends.
